Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellation 12+ Hours Before Appointment:

  • No fee will be charged. To reschedule or cancel, email intuitiverichardkilgo@gmail.com with your full name, email, service, and date/time booked.

• Cancellation Within 12 Hours:

  • A 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining balance can be refunded or applied to a future appointment. To reschedule or cancel, email intuitiverichardkilgo@gmail.com with your full name, email, service, and date/time booked.

• No-Shows:

  • No refund will be issued for no-shows, and 100% of the service fee will be charged.

 

Media Release
By attending, you grant Richard Kilgo the right to photograph, video, or record your image, voice, and likeness for marketing and training purposes. Notify us prior to the event if you do not wish to be recorded. We will make reasonable efforts, but exclusion from group images cannot be guaranteed.

 

Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected. Disruptive conduct will result in removal without a refund. We maintain a safe, constructive environment for all participants.

Liability Waiver
Participation is voluntary. You release Richard Kilgo from liability for any injuries or damages incurred. Consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
Your personal information, collected during registration, is securely stored and used only for communication related to your services or events. Confidentiality is maintained for all private sessions unless legally obligated to disclose. We do not share your information without consent.

 

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for a session and I have availability after the scheduled end time, I will make every effort to complete the full session. However, if I am immediately booked after your session, I will not be able to accommodate the extra time, and full payment will be kept.

 

No Guarantee of Outcomes Policy
While I am confident in my abilities, the outcomes of sessions are influenced by the effort, focus, and work done by the recipient to achieve the most desired outcome. Your personal responsibility is key to the success of the session.

 

Intellectual Property Policy
All pre-recorded or written content created by Richard Kilgo (e.g., dream interpretations, astro chart reports, and the Meditative Quest album series) remains my intellectual property and cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without express permission.

 

Accessibility & Health
We strive to accommodate accessibility needs. Contact us ahead of time for any specific requests. If you are unwell, please refrain from attending in-person events.

 

Payment Terms
Full payment is required to secure your booking for services and events. Until payment is received, your appointment is tentative, and others may book that time slot. Payment is required upfront.

 

Attendee Agreement for Energy Work
Energy healing practices are complementary and not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult a medical professional for health concerns. By participating, you agree to engage in these practices at your own discretion.
